Placement Services

At Adult Care Home Placement Service, our services begin with a phone call from you or your family, a referral source, or a friend concerned about the health and well-being of your loved one. At this time, we gather information necessary to match your elder with appropriate senior living options.

Based on the criteria you give us, we select options from our database of personally screened and approved facilities that match the needs of your loved one. We'll arrange to accompany and transport you for personal tours of those communities so you can determine which option is best.

Our services are provided at no charge to your family. If a placement is made, a one-time referral fee is paid by the community. If no placement is made, we have served our mission to educate the public about this level of care.
